$7.3 Million Invested in Infinite Fleet So Far
As Infinite Fleet welcomes a steadily growing number of fans, we’re thrilled to share that the Infinite Fleet security token offering (STO) has so far received over $7.3 million in investments to date. We raised $3.1 million in our seed round and have reached a total of $4.2 million in the current $12 million round.
Since we kicked off our public round for select European countries in January, we have received massive interest from around the world. Our early investors, which include Dr. Adam Back, Charlie Lee, and Max Keiser, were joined by visionary Sci-Fi and strategy game fans ready to not only join the fleet, but also own a part of it.
From the day we began working on Infinite Fleet, we knew that we didn’t want to go the usual route of launching a crowdfunding campaign or talking to venture capitalists to raise development funds. Our goal was to make this opportunity open to everyone. While it meant spending more time and effort, it was an important part of our vision. We wanted the players to be the investors — and that’s exactly what happened.
Infinite Fleet supporters receive epic rewards based on the size of their contribution. But more importantly, they receive EXO tokens, which represent equity in Exordium, the publisher of Infinite Fleet. That means as an Infinite Fleet supporter, you are entitled to a share of Infinite Fleet’s future profits and those generated by other games we publish.
So far, more than 800 investors from across the EU have joined our public round on STOKR and invested from as little as $100. But we’re aware that many of you live in countries which are not eligible to participate and have therefore not been able to join in.
That’s why we’re actively working on making the Infinite Fleet STO available in more countries. In fact, commanders from new jurisdictions can look forward to being allowed onto STOKR very soon !
In addition, we’re in the process of bringing our offering to the US. While accredited US investors can already participate via SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens), there is a higher minimum amount required.
